This customer is from India, and they are engaged in daily necessities industry. For their toilet soap cake products, they're in need of an automatic box packing machine for the packing, they have 3 specifications of the soap cakes which are 75gms, 100gms and 100gms, which the products are as per the samples offered. For packing format, each box packed with one soap cake directly without any leaflet etc, for corresponding box sizes, which refer to the carton box size drawings, and speed 60-80 boxes/min is ideal for them.

And now for soap cakes feeding, they plan to be manually, and also due to the limitation space of the factory, they prefer small space required type, considering these requests comprehensively, we offered our vertical type box cartoning machine for their application, and due to the box sealing is by glue, we equipped one set of hot melt gluing machine with our box packing machine together.
