This customer is from Thailand, whose company is specialized in food industry, and looking for an automatic tray former machine for their tin cans packing. The tin cans are aluminum material with the dimension Diameter 67.5mm * height 75.6mm, and the packing format will be 3*4 which total 12 cans per tray and only one layer packing. But for the tray, they not yet have the dimension, which they want us to help design the tray with dimension for them, and our engineer made the tray size drawing accordingly for their application. The capacity is not fast which requires 5-6 trays/min, according to these details, we offered our side push type tray former machine for their application.
