This customer is from Europe, and looking for the cartoning machine for their drinking straws packing, they have 2 product sizes at the time, which the carton box size 206mm * 137mm * 237mm and 162mm * 122mm * 237mm, and would like to have the machine for both products packing.

For the 2 sizes straws are 5mm and 8mm, carton box sizes as offered drawing showing with tuck closure, and for packing, for 5mm straw, there will be 400pcs per carton box, for 8mm straw there will be 300pcs per carton box, due to they will feed the products manually, the speed required are not speed, they would like to shoot for 15ppm but may probably run a little less.

According to their carton box, at first we negotiated with him if their box are available for changing to hot glue sealing way, but they answered can't be changed that they already mass produced this kind cartons, we totally understand and then talked with our engineer for machine customization, finally customer accept the customized proposal.
