This customer is from Mexico, and asking for an automatic cartoning machine for their automative spare parts packing, the product weight is 3-5kg and package carton box size is 20*20*20cm. Now they are packed by workers at the speed of 10 boxes/min, and the machine speed wanted can be 5 times than worker, that means 50 boxes/min. And for the spare parts, they sent us parts photos and drawing for checking which is totally ok, and each box with 3 pcs for packing, without leaflet.

And for spare parts feeding way, they said will be putting the spare parts by worker, that means worker put 3pcs spare parts into each feeding station on the conveyor, and then machine will do the packing action automatically.

According to these requirements, we offered our HDZ-100 series for their application.
