This customer is from Australia, and in demand of a carton sealer machine with hot glue sealing, not by tape. Their carton size is 400mm long x 280mm height x 250mm wide, and speed required is 40 carton/min.

We checked their requirements that 40 cartons/min speed is pretty high, and we offered 2 solutions for their choice as below:

1. Equip one set high speed carton sealer for application, which the stable speed can reach 35 cartons/min in stable, for 40 cartons/min can be trying to run which can be reach theoretically, but the price is much higher;

2. By 2 sets carton sealer which running 15-18 cartons/min for each set, then 2 sets can satisfy the demand, and the 2 sets machine can use same set hot glue machine, and also it needs to confirm the distance between the 2 sets case sealer machines, so that we can customize the pipe of the hot glue machine accordingly, in this proposal;. price is much cheaper than the first solution.

And through talking, customer chose option 2, that they will slow the system down to 18 cartons/min for application.
