This customer is from South Africa, and in need of an automatic box packing machine for their pouch packing, the pouch will be fed by a incline conveyor from a VFFS packing machine at a maximum speed of 60 pouches per min; the machine will do only one size at a time, and the incline conveyor will be feed onto our conveyor and then our machine take flat boxes from loaded magazine, forming the box, feed the pouch into the box etc, finally closing the box and delivered out. Additional requirement is that the equipped cartoning machine mush have safety cover and should be SUS304 material made.

And they total have 3 different sizes of the box, which are 140 * 90 * 55mm, 100 * 65 * 35mm and 104 * 75 * 40mm, packing format one pouch per box, so the packing speed max. 60 boxes/min, and the closing way should be hot glue sealing, according to these requirements, we recommend our horizontal box packing machine equipped with Nordson gluing machine for application, due to the machine needs to be connected with the incline conveyor of the VFFS machine, we customized 1 meter synchronous conveyor for the corresponding connection, which will feed the each pouch to our conveyor smoothly, and the packing speed can be stable at 50-60 boxes/min. For safety cover, we will equip the accordingly, but promise the customer can see the operation inside clearly, and set the automatic stop once door opened for the protection.
