This customer is from Ecuador and in demand of an automatic cartoning machine for their household aluminum foil roll packing, that the machine can form the box automatically also.

The aluminum rolls they made are normally 300mm long, and maybe capable of making 450mm rolls, so the former and cartoning machine they required should be capable packing max length 450mm rolls, but mainly for 300mm rolls packing.

The diameter of the 300mm roll is 48mm, and the corresponding box size is 310mm x 50mm x 50mm, the packing capacity required is 10-15 units/min and packing arrangement is 1 roll/box. The machine will be used alone for the operation, so no need us to considering the machines connection part, and through our discussion with the photos for engineers evaluation, we made the proposal for their approval accordingly.
