This customer is from Europe and owns a tobacco company. He's in demand of an automatic boxing machine for their bag packed tobacco packing, the tobacco is 50gm and packed in an independent foil bag, the tobacco packed into bag is finished by the automatic flow wrapping machine, and the box packing operation is done by hand now. The foil bag size is 10cm * 6cm, and they showed the carton box for our checking, we checked and recommend doing some change on the box design, as the current existing box is available for manual packing but not so applicable for machine automatic packing, and he said ok but requiring us to help doing this design, and of course we will do this job for him. 

And in each box only packing one foil bag, capacity required about 50 boxes/min, better doing the connection with their flow wrapping machine for fully automatic packing line, and after reviewing the video of offered flow wrapping machine, we designed the connection conveyor between for line running. Machine frame and main electrical configuration etc go with our standards as he's ok for these, but keep safety and stable packing operation.
