Packaging machine for filters

This customer is from Czech Republic, and visited our video from packaging machine on YouTube. They're in need of an automatic packaging machine for their filters packing into boxes.

Through discussion, they offered us the details of their detailes as below:

1. Total 3 sizes of boxes which are 60 * 60 * 115mm, 70 * 70 * 90mm and 88 * 88 * 175mm

2. Filter sizes are refer to attached drawing 

3. Packing arrangement is one unit per box 

4. Capacity needed is 9000pcs per 7.5 hours

5. Sealing way as per the photo attached is tuck closure type 

6. Extra requirement : No leaflet put inside the box, but need to put inside some service kit with o-ring as attached photo shown

7. And also they need CE conformity

We reviewed these detailed carefully, requirements are all ok for our machine application, and for the certificate, we have ISO and CE certificate. And we submit the proposal with quotation accordingly for approval.
