This customer is from Indonesia and specialized in food industry, for their bag packed biscuits, they're in need of an automatic cartoning machine for packing. And currently they deal with 2 sizes of carton box with 2 different packing formats 18pcs/carton and 12pcs/carton, detailed requirements as below:

1. 12 pcs/carton, the single biscuit bag size is L 74 * W 57 * H 40mm, line speed 305packs/min, product configuration 2x3x2/carton box, and carton with products closed is L 210 * W 185 * H 88mm;

2. 18pcs/carton, the single package size is L 74 * W 57 * H 40mm, line packing speed 306packs/min,  product configuration 3x3x2/carton box, and carton with products closed is L 318 * W 185 * H 88mm;

And also send us the carton size drawing for checking, after our checking review, the workable machine needs to be customized, and better with samples for checking, and customers send us some products and carton samples for clear checking, we made design drawing and proposal accordingly.
