Tube box packing machine

This customer is from USA, their company specialized for jointed cycle tubes sale, and they are in demand of an automatic box packing machine for their tubes. 

For better proposal made, we confirmed below details with them 

1. Tube size, which is L 14 * W 7.5 * H 5.5cm, also also attached photos for reference 

2. Box size is  L 14 * W 7.5 * H 5.5cm including photos for reference 

3. And packing format, one tube per box without instruction paper etc inside the box 

4. Capacity needed is 40-50 boxes/min 

5. Machine will be used alone, as they're packing the tubes by hand at the time, for material feeding, they will be by manually still, and machine finishing the conveying, packing and sealing.

After reviewed these details, we found the product size and box size are totally same, for this condition, manually packing is workable, but for machine automatic packing, the box needs to be little bit bigger than the products, then we negotiated with the customer if changing the box length, width and height 5mm bigger separately is acceptable for them, and they told they're fine with this size change. 

And also to help them get an idea how this kind machine will work and pack the products, we showed them reference video for better understanding, and also detailed proposal for checking etc.
