Cartoning machine for tuna cans

This customer is from Mauritius, and required for an automatic cartoning machine for their tuna cans packing, the machine capacity required is 80cans/min.

The cans diameter is 6.5cm and height 3.5cm, and the box dimension is 11cm * 6.9cm * 3.7cm by packing format one can per box. They requirement for the machine process is as below:

The cans will be loaded on a round table, then machine takes the cans itself, erects the carton box, then pushed the cans inside the carton boxes one by one, finally seals it with glue. And also for the cartoning machine, the main electrical configuration should be PLC by Siemens, HMI by Siemens, Sensors by SICK and Low-voltage electrical apparatus by Schneider.

According to these requirements, we customized the proposal for their acceptation.
