This customer is from Hungry, whom in the demand for automatic cartoning machine for aerosols steel bottles, the bottles ranging from 100ml to 1L. They need the machine owning the functions of folding the cartons, put the aerosols steel bottles into cartons and seal the cartons automatically.

The speed of customer's filling machine is approximately 40-42 aerosol bottles per minute (which is the max. speed, most of the time the speed is slower), and bottles sizes are vary but be aware that the smallest and biggest bottles must be workable also which customer offers us the bottles drawings for checking accordingly. And pack multiple bottles in a carton, 4-12 bottles per carton, cartons are standard corrugated cartons.

According to these requirements, we offered vertical carton erector, automatic carton packing machine and flaps folding carton sealing machine accordingly.
