This customer is in daily necessities industry, and looking for the automatic cartoning machine for their soap bar packing, the bar size is 91*57*20mm, and because this is their new developed product, the box design not yet ready, so for the applicable box size, they asked us to design for them.

And the speed needed 60ppm, also there's a limitation in space, so requiring space as smaller as possible, the box needs to be glued, gluing machine with good quality, machine will be used for line connection use, and they offered the connection details.

According to these requirement, we offered our automatic vertical type cartoning machine for application.
