This customer is from Thailand, they're OEM bar soap manufacturer and producing different sizes of soaps. And they need a cartoner that can be adjust in variety of sizes and save time to change size.

For the soaps, the biggest size is 11.2 * 8.2 * 3.7cm, and smallest size is 6.2 * 5.0 * 2.5cm, and the speed looking for is less than 100boxes/min, box sealing type needed is tuck in type.

And for soap feeding way, requiring automatic infeed type to save the labor, which we asking for the front machine outlet conveyor etc drawing and video for checking to do the connection well.

Considering all these requirements, we made the proposal and do the communication accordingly.
