This customer is from Armenia, and they have different products such as hard candies, chocolates, dragees, roasted salty nuts, biscuits, fruit jellies and cakes etc. And they are in requirement for an automatic carton erector for forming boxes, mechanism to changing the vertical daypack pouches direction into horizontal, case packer moving it by vacuum option into the carton case and also carton sealer for sealing the carton box finally. For a brief introduction for the daypack machine they're using is the capacity of the daypack forming machine is 100 pouches per minute, daypack pouch and carton case dimensions as dwg drawing showing, weight of doypack is 150g and arrangement of daypack inside the box should be in horizontal; the quantity of doypack pouches placed inside the carton box should be 20pcs which the arrangement is 4 * 5. According to these details, we showed our successful packing case video for their reference, which is pretty similar with their products and the packing requirements, by vertical type carton erector, robot case packer for pouches suction and packing, and flaps folding carton sealer, as the packing capacity is 5 cartons/min, speed not much, which the operation will be stable. And we will also do the connections between each machine well including the complete system, the whole control system will include electrical cabinet, Siemens PLC, HMI , transducer, sensor low-voltage apparatus, power cable etc. And also we'll do the commissioning well before the delivery etc.
