This customer is from Spain, they already bought an automatic bag filling machine for auto filling, and in need of an automatic carton box erector machine at the moment. Now they mount the box manually and seal with hot melt glue, they tried with the tape sealing but too weak, so finally choose hot glue sealing, requesting the machine also seal with hot glue.

The dimension of the carton is 385 x 235 x 355mm, filled product per carton is 20kg and packing speed needed is 300/400 cartons/hour. According to these details, we offered both vertical and horizontal types for reference, they prefer horizontal type but required the cartons coming out at the end should be standing up, not laying down, and we explained there's a mechanism at the end to making each formed carton box standing up for packing operation in later stage, no worry for this. And also an independent 1.5m long conveyor needed at the exit of the carton erector, which they will pack the bag into carton manually, and also for top sealing after the packing, they also want a machine to seal automatically is the price is not much, and also one more point they submitted is whether the carton box erector and carton sealer can use the same set of the hot glue sealing machine, in this case, they no need to but two sets of the hot glue machine to be more economical, we replied yes, but the pipes of the hot glue machine should be customized lengthened accordingly, cost some higher but not too much, and they approved this solution, the hot glue machine finally agreed is USA "Nordson" brand.
