This customer is from Macedonia for wafers production, and they are in need of an automatic packing line for their wafers packing, which can put the wafers in to the carton box, and also opening & forming the carton box automatically, finally sealing automatically. And for our better understanding of their wafers machine, they showed us a video of the operation process and there are coming 40 pieces per min, now the operation after is manually which they put 16 pcs of wafers into the carton box by hand and then seal, now they need to replace the manual way.

The dimension of the wafer is L 160 * W 110 * H 40mm, and the carton box dimension is L 340 * W 243 * H 175mm, and according to calculated speed, our standard packing machines line is workable, we equipped the automatic side pushing case packer with the wafers grouping mechanism, and vertical case erector for carton box opening and forming, flaps folding carton sealer for automatic sealing, and the prices are all our lowest factory price which are satisfied by the customer both the proposal and offer.
