This customer is from Europe and engaged in filters production and sale, the filter size is diameter 8cm * length 20cm, and showed us the box they're using now for manual packing, we checked the box and recommend do some modification accordingly, as the box type using now is not suitable for mechanically packing, customer is available for changing and asked us to do the design accordingly.

And the capacity required is 30-40 pcs/min, for packing, each box with one piece filter inside, this speed is pretty ok for our standard machine, and for sealing, it's by tuck in type, no need the hot glue sealing which also makes the machine more economical.

And also they're considering the carton packer solution after, asked us do a proposal for his evaluation first, there will be 20 individual boxes per carton, packing arrangement by 4*5, according to this speed, we make the carton packing solution from carton erector to packer and sealer for his reference, but due to the pretty slow speed, suggest them may considering the automatic carton packing line in future when their production capacity increased.
