Machine to form and seal the cardboard box with both hot glue and tape

This customer is from South Africa, and in need of an automatic machine to form their cardboard boxes with hot melt glue, and a machine to seal the bottom and top by tape. They have 5 different sizes in total which are L 390 * W 280 * H 295mm,  L 410 * W 290 * H 295mm,  L 575 * W 410 * H 295mm,  L 275 * W 190 * H 245mm,  L 450 * W 450 * H 520mm. Minimum weight after boxes are packed is 2kgs, and maximum weigh after boxes are packed is 41kgs, machine direction should be left to right, and machine table height 910mm, for this point, we talked with customer that this height is not ideal for operator's operation and maintenance, we suggest 750mm high, and acceptable by them. Voltage used in their factory is 380V-32amp, hot glue machine required good-using and stable brand machine, and tape width 48mm for the carton sealer, speed 4-5 cartons/min is ok for them.

We checked all these requirements, and make proposal for vertical hot melt glue carton forming erector machine and flaps folding carton sealer for their application, but due to their sizes difference some big, the machine needs to be customized, and also they couriered samples to us for the checking and testing.
