This customer is from Dubai, and in need of an automatic cartoning machine for their tea bags packing, both sides requiring hot melt glue sealing. Their business is on tea sale, and for this cartoning machine, the packed inner pouch are gusset bags, and total 3 different specifications which are 200g, 400g and 800g, inside packed drinking tea.

And they already have the VFFS machine for their tea bag packing, and the cartoning machine needs to be connected to this VFFS machine for automatic line operation, the gussets bags coming out from the VFFS machine by conveyor and then drop directly which shown by offered reference video, we need to do a connection mechanism between this VFFS machine and our cartoning machine, and we've made similar case before also showed the successful example video to them for checking and accepted by them.

And the 3 boxes are with dimensions 135 * 94 * 52mm, 156 * 124 * 63mm and 186 * 152 * 84mm, bag sizes refer to size drawings, and required speed should be 40-50 bags/min, according to these details, we made the proposal of our horizontal cartoning machine with Nordson gluing machine for application. For the both side hot gluing, we equipped 1 set gluing machine with 2 spraying gun for sealing. And also the speed can reach 40-50 boxes/min in stable running.
