Customized vertical carton erector to Malaysia

Customer from Malaysia ordered 3 sets carton erector from us for their cartons automatic forming and sealing, due to their special sizes, standard model machine can not work, we checked and customized the machines for them, their carton sizes are L 510 * W 320 * H 255mm, L 660 * W 340 * H 530mm and L 670 * W 420 *H 480mm.

As these carton sizes are big, we enlarged the machine and also add some mechanicals to keep the machine stable running, and the tape width used is 48mm, considering big sizes and 48mm tape sealing width, we will made the tape length on both sides to be 60mm rather than 50mm (which is standard length).

We achieved happy aggreement during communication, and before delivery we will make testing for checking.
