Working theory of automatic cartoning machine

For automatic cartoning machine, automatic cartoner, its working theory is packing the product into the formed box and complete box sealing automatically. The complete process includes several steps as below:

1. Sucking the flat unfolded box down into the guide rail one by one, the box will be firmly fixed on the rail, then the box will be opened while two brackets clamp the carton box from the side, make the carton box opening at a right angle and move to the loading area;

2. Opening and loading, in the loading area, each product will be packed into each box one by one automatically, the ears of the mechanism are folded into the guide rail, ready to close the lid;

3. Close the lid: The mechanism folded the box tongue firstly, then the push plate pushing the box lid folding so that the tongue is inserted into the box and fastened locked, then box sealing completed.

And for different types cartoning machine, the functions may exist some different, for example the mechanism details and additional functions, and also each model can be customized on demand, like adding the instruction paper inserting automatically, label sealing on the box and heat film shrinking for the box etc, we all can be made accordingly.
