This customer is from Vietnam, and in demand of automatic box packing machine, they make soft cake and some other food that is put into small boxes like a box of chocopie. They consider automatic box form, loading, packing and sealing machine.

The specific to be handled is pie in horizontal pillow pack with dimension L 105mm * W 78mm * H 25mm, and for packing, they have 2 packing formats as below 

1. 6 pies per carton, packing format 1 x 3 x 2H, corresponding box size L 230mm x W 105mm x H 50mm

2. 12 pies per carton, packing format 2 x 3 x 2H, corresponding box size L 233mm x W 200mm x H 50mm

Carton style is horizontal end load with standard glue flaps sealing.

The glue sealing machine they prefer Nordson gluing machine, and capacity 40-50 boxes/min is ok, would like economical type for application.
